A little help along the way
Support for your
next step.
Start with the answers below. For anything personal, use a private channel with the beta operator rather than sharing account details publicly.
Already have an invitation?
Use the email address your invitation was issued to. Open your invitation, choose Continue securely, then set your username and password. After setup, sign in with your username or email and password. An uninvited email or TikTok account cannot create POST membership.

For a bug report, include the affected page, approximate time and timezone, and steps to reproduce. Never send a sign-in link, password, session cookie, token, provider secret, or an unredacted account screenshot.
Common beta questions
My invitation or recovery link expired or was already used.
For an invitation, ask the founder to resend an eligible pending invitation. If you already have an account, use password recovery. Open the latest email and choose Continue securely. Do not forward or reuse an old link. If access remains unavailable, contact the beta operator through your established private channel.
A TikTok post hasn't appeared in my progress.
Checks are periodic, not instant. Make sure the post is public, belongs to your authorized primary account, and was published after your tracking starting point. Historical baseline videos do not earn new credit. Check your account's tracking/permission status; provider outages or incomplete verification can leave results pending.
Why is my weekly commitment different from the daily quest?
A personal commitment counts distinct days with at least one eligible verified post. The daily quest requires two eligible verified posts on one canonical local day. Your pinned posting timezone determines those days. Current commitment changes are scheduled for the following local Monday.
How do I control friendships and competition sharing?
While signed in, use Friends to manage your chosen name, discovery code, requests, removal, blocks, and separate sharing choice. Competition sharing starts off. Weekly Sprint and Monthly Season compare verified XP in common calendar periods, only for active, accepted, unblocked friends who both opt in. Daily quests and longest verified streaks remain separate measures. Real two-user and deployed beta acceptance remain pending.
How do I revoke TikTok access?
Use Account settings to disconnect TikTok locally and request token revocation. If revocation is unconfirmed, use TikTok's app permissions to remove POST's authorization. An uncertain revocation blocks reconnect until the operator can safely resolve it. This can prevent future authorized checks but does not itself delete prior evidence or progress held by POST. Provider revocation, POST account deletion, and signing out are different actions.
How do I request deletion or report a privacy concern?
Signed-in creators can request permanent deletion in Account settings when lifecycle configuration is available. Email support@postbyship.com for assistance or privacy requests. Retention details and the limits of backup erasure are described in the privacy notice. Use your established private channel with the beta operator for a pending request or privacy concern; this public page cannot verify identity or process deletion. Do not send credentials. Retention and backup erasure details are unresolved in the privacy draft.
How do I report harassment or an unwanted connection?
Use the existing remove/block controls in Friends to prevent further authorized interaction, then email support@postbyship.com. Include a description and relevant times without posting another person's private details. You can report the concern to support@postbyship.com.
Before the external beta
Support and privacy mail reaches a monitored inbox. Legal drafts and deployed account/deletion acceptance are still under review. These are launch requirements, not tasks this public website performs.
Review the terms draft and privacy draft for the proposed beta boundaries.
